Bosch Security Systems, a leading global supplier of security, safety, and communications products and solutions, had held an Annual Partners Confer-ence 2017 in Bangkok and Pattaya (Thailand) on 27 February – 1 March.

The conference convened senior management from Bosch including Mr. Bis-was Surajit, Vice President – Sales (ASEAN), Bosch Security Systems; Mr. Vo Quang-Hue, Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam; and Mr. Terence Ng, General Manager (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar), Bosch Security Sys-tems and over 46 representatives from 19 Bosch Security Certified Partners (BSCPs) across Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.

This 3-day conference celebrated the success of Bosch Security Systems and great performance of BSCPs that supported the growth of the division’s busi-ness in 2016. Bosch shared with BSCPs on the growing strategies and scale-up market potential and opportunities in 2017. The conference provided a vital opportunity for Bosch and its partners to meet, share good practices, experi-ences and mobilizing partnerships to meet the 2017 business goals.

At the event, award ceremony was to recognise partners‘ excellence sales performance, strong technical support and proactive sales approach. The a-wards were given to the following:

In Vietnam:

  • Best BU Achievement for Video Systems: Applied Informatics and Commerce Company Limited (AIC Co., Ltd), Vietnam
  • Fastest Growing Partner 2016: DSD Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Vietnam.
  • Sales Target Achievement 2016: Minh Giao Technical and Trading Company Limited, Khai Phat Security System Corporation, Truong Thinh Sound – Light Equipment Company Limited, Sinh Minh Trading Joint Stock Company, Visco Joint Stock Company, Vietnam.

In Cambodia:

  • Best Performance Partner 2016: GES Cambodian Company Limited, Cambodia.

In Myanmar:

  • Best Performance Partner 2016: Naung Yoe Technologies Company Limited, Myanmar.

Mr. Terence Ng, General Manager (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar), Bosch Security Systems, shared: "2016 was an excellent year for us. We achieved our target and reached high level of sales records. We would not be able to do so if it was not for our most valued BSCPs." He continued: "We hope that our bonds will only become stronger, and we will continue to receive strong support from our BSCPs as you are the key driven-factor to Bosch Security Systems’ success. Bosch in Vietnam

Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994.The company has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Gasoline Systems plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd), as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. In fiscal 2016, Bosch recorded consolidated sales of about USD 99 million (86 million euros) in Vietnam, achieving a year-on-year growth of more than 40 percent. Total net revenue, including sales to non-consolidated companies and internal deliveries to affiliated companies, stood at USD 322 million (280 million euros).
